(a) Lead organizer of 2004 international symposium on “Nanostructured Magnetic Materials” organized during the TMS 2004 Annual Meeting at Charlotte, NC.; Chief guest editor of the “Journal of Electronic Materials” Nov 2004 issue. (b) Lead organizer of the international symposium on “Wide Band-gap Semiconductor Nanostructures” to be held during 2007 TMS Annual meeting at Orlando Florida; Co-organizer of the international symposium on “2007 Nanomaterials: Fabrication, Properties and Applications” to be held at Orlando Florida during TMS Annual meeting. (c) Delivered numerous invited talks and presentations including most recent one in MRS spring meeting at San Francisco, CA.  (d) Regular reviewer of more than ten international journals; Professional membership in several scientific societies including MRS, TMS and APS. (e) Close collaboration with “Utah Science Center Museum”.
